MyEZClaim Integrated with XPO Logistics
While few people like dealing with freight claims, the process is now easier with TranSolutions’ integration APIs between XPO Logistics and MyEZClaim. This integration will allow MyEZClaim clients to file online with a push of a button, which will push key data and images directly from their MyEZClaim account for submission to the claims application at XPO Logistics. Automatically submitting claim data and customer engagement activity data will expedite claim submission, improve data quality and optimize workflow efficiencies for both XPO and MyEZClaim customers.
MyEZClaim consists of one comprehensive freight claim management system which organizes shipment information, creates a universally accepted claim form and manages the claim life cycle from recording payments to generating reminder letters based on claim status.
This powerful integration will be seamless to clients at both XPO and MyEZClaim. This partnership will allow the two applications to talk to each other, receive acknowledgement of the submitted claim, as well as other important communications.
