Managing Freight Claims
The Claims tab located at the top of the screen will provide access to all of your claims filed and their statuses (Outstanding, Closed and Pending). Once the list is presented, you can view any claim by highlighting the claim record and with one click of the mouse, view the claim form. Pick a claim to modify or begin a new claim by clicking the ADD button in the upper right hand corner of the page. Now you are ready to begin.
